Information Collected and its Use
aexcea does not collect any information about customers without their consent. When you register as a customer or subscribe to our newsletters, you will be prompted for information which is required as part of our service offerings.
Customers are regularly emailed service notifications to inform them of the status of their site scans and audits, status of accounts, and to inform them of technical notices and or updates. Additionally, our unique scanning and auditing software may send the occassional "junk" email via exploits or vulnerabilities only when found. This is normal and an essential part of providing the services you have purchased and will be kept to a minimum. These messages cannot be blocked or opted-out, but you can configure your mail program to filter them to a junk folder.
When registering for services such as our newsletter or Webmaster University, you will be prompted for an email address and offered the opportunity to opt-in or opt-out of these services at any time. Each newsletter will offer unsubscribe instructions for opting out of future mailings.
When you browse this site as a visitor, we collect anonymous statistical information regarding the country of origin, which pages were visited, the duration of the visit and other related analytical information for the sole purpose of improving the user experience. No personally identifiable information is collected from our site visitors, nor is information collected and analyzed in any manner which makes it possible to personally identify a visitor.

aexcea follows a strict ethical best-practices code for e-mail marketing and customer contact. aexcea does not use spam, spyware, malware, or other such wares to promote its products or services and strongly urges its customers and partners not to engage in such practices.

aexcea does not store private non-public information about its customers on its servers. Confidential customer information is manually stored securely on offline computers that are not connected to the Internet. This information is encrypted utlizing military-grade encryption alogrithms. During the enrollment process, an aexcea agent will contact you via telephone to update our offline databases. Confidential information is never transmitted online. Access to your information is restricted to authorized aexcea personnel only.
This is to ensure the security of your private and confidential information.
Collection Of Financial Data
aexcea does not collect, manage, or store your personal or business financial data. Subscription and setup payments are made and managed via our third party gateway service (WorldPay - a division of the Royal Bank of Scotland, the fifth largest banking group in the world). aexcea agents will never ask you for your financial data either over the phone, in an email, or via the web.
