To qualify, you must meet and agree to the following criteria:

To qualify, each e-business and web merchant must meet and agree to the following criteria:

Full, weekly website security assessment and vulnerability scan
Repair and fix any found exploits, vulnerabilities, or other such "holes" prior to displaying the aexcea SecurePage™ trust symbol
You must own the website and the domain
In the situation where you subscribe to a hosted server, you must have written permission from the hosting company for aexcea to conduct scans
You must use a third-party payment processor such as PayPal, WorldPay, 2CheckOut, Moneris, etc. (you must not directly accept, store, manage, or process credit card data and payments yourself)
You must not be located in a "prohibited" country (as defined by the US Department of State and/or major financial institutions: countries with high risk of fraud or those countries deemed as enemy nations)
You must have a physical address and phone number
You must have an email address displayed on your site
You must display your contact information and physical address on an "easy to find" location on the website
You must not engage in spamming
You must not use adware, spyware, malware, or other such undesirable "wares" on your website
You must respect visitors' and customers' privacy, and must not sell, trade or otherwise exchange private data
Your website Terms of Use must not bind customers into contracts or arrangements with unfair escape clauses
You must display "refund or exchange" information on the site
You must agree to the aexcea SecurePage™ Terms of Use Agreement
You must agree to condut business and design Privacy Policies and Terms of Use Agreements based on the aexcea Fair Play Policy
You must not be engaged in illegal, illicit, or prohibited activities
You must not be on the Better Business Bureau's warning or caution lists
